MEET OUR CEO
I am Shanta Eaden
I am a wife, mother and the CEO and founder of Leader’s Edge Consulting. I am a dynamic leader known for my people first approach to driving organizational change. With over 25 years of experience, I excel in integrating people, processes and technology to achieve transformative results. My expertise spans multiple sectors, where I have successfully led multinational teams through complex acquisition integrations, strategic management, culture transformation and leadership development initiatives.
Like many after the pandemic, in 2021 I felt called to do more and established Leader’s Edge Consulting during a time when organizations were seeking workplace culture and operational transformations and the war for talent was heightened. Our unique approach leverages Fractional Leaders, who are proven experts that deliver strategic outcomes without the overhead of a full time executive to drive sustainable change.
As an enterprise change leader, I partner with clients to lead strategic planning efforts, build multi year road maps and stay onboard to execute the strategies for Technology, Operations and People and Culture. My vision is to help leaders execute key strategies, enrich workplace cultures and create spaces where every individual feels valued, empowered and able to contribute to their fullest potential.
I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Southern University and an MBA with concentrations in Management and Human Resources from LeTourneau University.
